


Training info
The club has four lanes available on each night and members book in to each session to pay and reserve a space.
Each lane is designed around the fastest time it would take a swimmer to swim 50m (2 lengths) of freestyle from the wall as follows:

The fastest lane will be swimming a session based on this being 29 - 31 seconds.

The second lane will be swimming a set based on 33 seconds.

The third lane will be swimming a set based on 37 seconds.

The fourth lane will be swimming a set based on 41 seconds.
Sessions cover all four strokes and range from distance to sprint sessions depending on where in the year the competition cycle is. Whilst we do have a number of swimmers who regularly compete, we have a significant number of swimmers who swim to keep fit.
